1.   APOLOGIES.

3.   APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES DATED 11TH OCTOBER 2007.
4.   MATTERS ARISING:
    i)   Interactive slow sign.
    ii)  Pot holes up Barnstaple Hill; and subsidence on the A399.
 
5.   NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH.

7.   PROJECTS UPDATE:
   a)  What has happened to the Huxtable plough?
   b)  The Pound – allowance will be made in the Precept to cover the cost of capping.
   c)  Play Area.
   d)  Charles Village Green.
 
8.   PLANNING APPLICATIONS
   1.  Retrospective application in respect of barn roofs together with change of use from agricultural to residential
   storage and workshop at Blackmore Farm, Charles Bottom.
   2.  D.C.C. application: Replacement quarry processing plant and new coated roadstone plant at Main Pit,
   Brayford Quarry, Bray Valley Quarries.
   3.  Development of weighbridge for a temporary period at Barton Wood Quarry, Bray Valley Quarries.
   Permission granted for Renovation and Extension to stone outbuilding and replacement of outbuildings with
   Garage/ancillary storage, together with new improved access and new bridge at Charles Bottom Cross.
   Permission refused for Certificate of Lawfulness at Oak Tree House, and permission refused for existing use of a 
   1st floor flat as a single dwelling house. Permission refused for Variation of Condition 7 (occupancy restriction) 
   attached to pln. perm. 12582 to remove agricultural tie on dwelling at Oak Tree House.

Nat.West Current Account to 1.11.07 reads £2,878.42; Reserve Acct. £2,120.35; No. 2 Acct.(Play Area) £2,499.60.
Salary of Parish Clerk £94.15.
Retrospective payment to Mrs. J.Mitchell for printing October Parish News £43.75.
