2.   PUBLIC PARTICIPATION.
3.   APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES DATED 19th July 2007.
 
4.   MATTERS ARISING:
    i)   Interactive Slow Sign – this has not yet been repaired.
    ii)  Dustbin collection – green bins for everyone; has large green bin been installed at Cross Gates?
    iii) Cyclists along the Tarka Trail.
 
5.   NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH – P.C. Furneaux has retired.
6.   LENGTHSMAN.
 
7.   PROJECTS UPDATE:
   a)   Millennium garden/Huxtable plough.
   b)   The Pound.
   c)   Play Area.
   d)   Charles Village Green, update.
   e)   Affordable housing – the application for 5 affordable houses and 1 dwelling on land off Little Bray Lane was approved at the Planning Meeting on 25th July.
 
8. PLANNING APPLICATIONS 
   1.   Erection of replacement conservatory and installation of 2 balconies at Walland Cottage, Charles.
   2.   Application for a Certificate of Lawfulness at Oak Tree House, Brayford.
   3.   Extension to dwelling at North Dean, Lydcott, Brayford.
Permission granted for erection of a wind turbine and extension to existing agricultural building for livestock
at Natsley Farm.
 
9.   FINANCE
Nat. West. Current Account dated 1st August 2007, reads £3,887.80; Reserve Acct. £2,106.93.
Received from H.M.Revenue V.A.T. Refund £307.97.
Salary of Parish Clerk £94.15.
