   i)   Interactive Slow Sign – this has now been repaired.
   ii)  Dustbin collection – update.

7.   PROJECTS UPDATE:
   a)   Millennium garden/Huxtable plough to be put in situ.
   b)   The Pound.
   c)   Play Area.
   d)   Charles Village Green. P.C. to continue with the background work until the legality of the current Licence for the Millennium area and its enforcement has been established.
   e)   Affordable housing.
 
8.   PLANNING APPLICATIONS 
Variation of Condition 3 attached to Pl. Permission 29842 to enable annexe to be occupied as a unit of holiday accommodation – amended description.
Permission refused for change of agricultural land to form manege at 2 Bray Cottages, Brayford.
 
9.   FINANCE
Nat. West. Current Account dated 29th June 2007, reads £3,843.57; Reserve Acct. £2,106.93.
Received £6 from F. de Falbe for 2 adverts. in Parish News – Jan./June.
Mrs. M. Hartnoll, Salary of Parish Clerk, £94.15 + ink for printer.

13.   MATTERS BROUGHT FORWARD AT CHAIRMAN’S DISCRETION.
 
14.   DATE OF NEXT MEETING is Thursday 23rd August, 2007. It is regretted that the dates of the September and October meetings also have to be changed, and it is proposed that they are held on Thursday 13th September and Thursday 11th October.
