3. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES DATED 17TH MAY 2007, AND THE EXTRAORDINARY MEETING HELD ON THURSDAY 7TH JUNE 2007.

i) Date of Computer Class in the village.
ii) SLOW sign still not working.
iii) Dustbin collection (G.C. to comment).

7. PROJECTS UPDATE:
a) Millennium garden/Huxtable plough.
b) The Pound – quotes for completing the work.
c) Play Area –proposed lease and general update.
d) Charles Village Green.
e) Affordable Housing – plans have now been viewed, and approval for the two
applications sent to N.D.D.C.
8. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:
1. Exmoor Nat.Park, Planning Appln. at Natsley Farm for Erection of wind turbine
14.7 m. high incl. Blade, and Extension to existing agric. Bldg. for livestock.
2. Pln.Appln. for 5 local needs houses, land off Little Bray Lane.
3. Pln.Appln. for 1 dwelling with detached garage, land off Little Bray Lane.
Permission Granted: Conservatory and porch at Rockley House.
Appln. no longer being considered, dated 16.6, for 2 stable blocks, erection of 1
Horse Walker and extension to storage shed at Higher Shutescombe.
