EXTRAORDINARY PARISH COUNCIL MEETING TO BE HELD ON THURSDAY 7TH JUNE 2007 AT 7.30pm
 
THE GENERAL PUBLIC IS INVITED TO SEE THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING PLANS, NOW RECEIVED FROM N.D.D.C.

a.   Erection of 5 local needs houses together with associated access roads and parking, land off Little Bray Lane.
b.   Erection of 1 dwelling with detached garage, land off Little Bray Lane.

1.   Apologies.
2.   Approximately 30 minutes allocated to view the plans.
3.   Parish Councillors to discuss and list their observations, which will be sent to the Planning Department.
4.   Other items:
    a.  
N.D. Homes AGM, 13th July.
    b.   Forestry Commission, Felling Licence consultation at Sherracombe Wood.
    c.   Election of Parish Members, Exmoor National Park - Nomination Papers to be returned.
