  i) Horsepond Veterinary Centre declined offer to enclose their brochure with Newsletter for a fee of £100.
5.   NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH.
6.   LENGTHSMAN – letter from D.C.C. re arrangements for the forthcoming year.
7.   PROJECTS UPDATE:
  a) The Old Garden.
  b) The Pound – capping stones.
  c) Play Area – successful quiz night/fund raiser; and progress to be reported.
  d) Charles Village Green.
  e) Affordable Housing.

9.   FINANCE:
Nat.West. Current Account dated 1st May, reads: £5,683.53. Signatories required for No. 2 Current Account (Play Area).
Received: 50% Parish Grant: £344.00; Precept £1,608.00.
Statement of Accounts for year ending 31.3.07 to be circulated.
Annual return from Audit Commission to be approved, signed, and returned.
Salary of Parish Clerk: £94.15 + black ink for printer £10.99 = £105.14.
Mrs. J. Mitchell, Printing Newsletter, April = £37.
R. Bawden, Millennium Site Maintenance, 2006, £228.00.
Rent of Village Hall 13 meetings x £7.50 = £97.50. April 2006 – March 2007 inclusive.
Grants to be paid, as agreed in the Budget.
