1. APOLOGIES.
2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES DATED THURSDAY 20th APRIL 2006.
3. MATTERS ARISING:
   a. Problem at the Millennium Garden regarding dispute over parcel of land.
   b. Silver birch tree has been planted and gift of a bench from Mr. M. Thorne is in situ.
   c. Footbridge at Lower Hall.
   d. Following success of The Best Kept Village Competition in 2006, the village has entered the competition for 2007.
4. CHAIRMAN’s REPORT.
5. FINANCIAL STATEMENT.
6. PROJECTS UPDATE:
   a. The Old Garden – work almost complete.
   b. Capping stones at The Pound.
   c. Play Area – decision on length of lease.
   d. Charles Village Green.
   e. Affordable Housing – following display of proposed plans to the public, several names were submitted and interest shown in the range of properties to be offered.
The Parish Council was successful in supporting Mrs. D. Nicholson’s application for a N.D.Homes vacant property at Broomhill Villas.
7. GENERAL DISCUSSION.
8. DATE OF NEXT MEETING – this will be held in April 2008.
