i) Discussion on UNESCO Mapping Project.
ii) Planting of the tree in The Old Garden in respect of damaging drainage pipe from septic tank.

7. PROJECTS UPDATE:
a) The Old Garden – plans to finish off the project as soon as possible;
b) The Pound – Jane Jeyes to bring a suitable stone for quoins, indicating size and type.
c) Play Area – D. Gosling to update.
d) Charles Village Green – ongoing.
e) Affordable Housing – discussion on plans that have been on view to the public during
the afternoon.
8. PLANNING APPLICATIONS
1. Proposed variation of Condition 24 of 02/14/25237/98 to retain area for an additional 2 year period at Bray Valley Quarries,
Brayford.
2. Removal of Condition 3 (occupancy restriction) attached to Planning Permission 29842 to enable
Annexe to be occupied
as a separate unit of accommodation at Post Box Cottage.
9. FINANCE
Statement from Nat.West. dated 1st March 2007, reads Current Acct.: £4,029.00.
Collection from Carols at The Nook, Dec. 2006, totalling £138.60, has been paid into Current Account
and No. 2 Account will be opened when paperwork from Nat.West. arrives.

Mrs. M. Hartnoll, salary of Parish Clerk: £94.15 + stationery £5.98 + postage £3.84 = £103.97.
