5.   MATTERS ARISING:
  (a)  Police advise that thieves are still in the area stealing from garages and sheds.
  (b)  Update on grass verges.
6.   NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH.

8.   PROJECTS UPDATE:
  a)  The Old Garden/Millenium area – tree has been moved.
  b)  The Pound – still looking for capping stones.
  c)  Play Area – precise up-date please. 
  d)  Charles Village Green.

9.   PLANNING APPLICATIONS
Hedgerow removal Notice in respect of removal of 3 hedgerows to create 1 field between Fields 5930 and 7141/7227, field 7141 and 7227 Deer Park, Charles.
Application granted for Certificate of Lawfulness for an existing use as a storage facility at Walland Cross, Charles.
Applications refused for conversion of Baptist Chapel and Burial Ground; for erection of conservatory etc. at Little Manse (see Correspondence). 
10.   FINANCE
Statement from Nat. West. dated 1st Feb. 2007 reads: Current Account £4,119.65; Reserve Acct.£2,083.91.
Salary of Parish Clerk £94.15 plus postage.
