2. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION.
3. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES DATED 16TH NOVEMBER 2006.
4. MATTERS ARISING:
   i) Slates missing from The Nook.
   ii) B.T.Telephone box re volunteer to clean.
   iii) V.A.T. return “If a claim exceeds £100 and covers at least one calendar month, you can submit a claim.
   If the amount is for less than £100 it must then cover a period of at least 12 months.”
   iv) Could Parish Councillors please bring a copy of their e-mail address for the Clerk.
   v) Tarka Trail in Molland Wood where it is overgrown.
   vi) Final arrangements for Carols around the Nook.

   a) The Old Garden/Millennium area – volunteers needed to replace topsoil.
   b) The Pound –update on search for capping stones.
   c) Play Area.

   e) Affordable Housing – special Council meeting for Parish Councillors to be held on 11th January.
8. PLANNING APPLICATIONS
Pl. permission granted at Walland Farmhouse 1) Listed building application for extension to dwelling and 2) Extension to dwelling.
9. FINANCE
Statement from Nat. West. dated 1st December 2006 reads: Current Account £4,899.42.
Salary of Parish Clerk £94.15 plus stationery.
New lap-top computer and printer for Parish Clerk has cost £641.95.

11. UPDATE ON LOCAL MATTERS FROM DISTRICT COUNCILLOR R. EDGELL.

13. MATTERS BROUGHT FORWARD AT CHAIRMAN’s DISCRETION – Open spaces – cost. 
14. DATE OF NEXT MEETING IS THURSDAY 18TH JANUARY 2007; SPECIAL MEETING TO DISCUSS AFFORDABLE HOUSING IS THURSDAY 11TH JANUARY 2007.
