1. APOLOGIES.
2. AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT UPDATE.
3. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION.
4. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES DATED 19 OCTOBER 2006. Correction under (13) 2nd paragraph reads: “It was agreed to give the Chairman authority to purchase the equipment (lap-top computer and printer) with a ceiling of £1,250”.
5. MATTERS ARISING.
  a. CPRE Membership.
  b. Slates missing from the Nook.
  c. Telephone box cleaning.
6. NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH.
7. LENGTHSMAN – Update from J Collier about problem areas.
8. PROJECTS UPDATE.
  a. The Old Garden – completion within the month – money could be made available (compensation from Balfour Beatty).
  b. The Pound – availability of capping stones, and any other news regarding completion.
  c. Play Area – D Gosling to update us.
  d. Charles Village Green, and verges.
  e. Affordable Housing – this will be dealt with earlier in the meeting in conjunction with the Housing Enablers and Vaughan Lake  from Hastoe’s.
9. PLANNING APPLICATIONS.
  a. Outline application for erection of dwelling on land adjacent to The Oaks, Little Bray Lane.
  b. Application approved for proposed conversion of redundant barn to holiday accommodation, and amendments to approved plans for alteration and extension of farmhouse at Natsley Farm.
10. FINANCE.
  a. Statement from NatWest dated 1 November 2006 reads: Current Account £5,038.45.
  b. Salary of Parish Clerk £94.15 plus postage £11.28 = £105.43.
  c. Budget for 2007 to be discussed.
11. MEETING ATTENDED.
12. UPDATE ON LOCAL MATTERS FROM DISTRICT COUNCILLOR R EDGELL.
13. CORRESPONDENCE.
14. MATTERS BROUGHT FORWARD AT CHAIRMAN’S DISCRETION.
  a. Date of, and arrangements to be made for Carols at the Nook – Thursday 21 December? (Music – Sheila and Geoff Collier to be asked if they can organize this, as in previous years; mulled wine, mince pies, Christmas tree, lights – electricity).
15. PROPOSED DATE OF NEXT MEETING IS THURSDAY 14 DECEMBER 2006.
