4. MATTERS ARISING
  i) Parish land - wide verges - suggestions to be discussed and listed.
  ii) A399 Brayford - Bratton Fleming, near Mockham Barton entrance - erosion to low walls/ banks.
  iii) Large puddle at Walland Cross. Cllr J Collier to advise on progress, or otherwise.
  iv) Fireworks in Brayford.

6. LENGTHSMAN - large hole has appeared in Little Bray Lane.
7. PROJECTS UPDATE
  a) The Old Garden - a plan to be made to complete this project before the rains start.
  b) The Pound - stones for the quoins. Cllr B Lowe has refixed the notice describing the Pound.
  c) Play Area - D Gosling to report on progress. Two volunteers for the Working Cttee have been received so far.
  d) Charles Village Green.
  e) Affordable Housing. Chiarman has received the following information on the Little Bray Lane site. There is funding to be   available for 5 units of affordable housing. A large house can also be built by the land-owner at his own expense. The funding will come from NDDC Project Appraisal Group, £100,000, and £164,000 from DCC. The remaining capital required to complete the 5 units will have to be funded by Hastoe's. The completion date will be December 2007.
8. PLANNING APPLICATIONS
Planning Permission granted for: Closure of existing and creation of new vehicular access at Mockham Barton.
Appln Withdrawn for: Demolition of chicken shed and erection of 1 dwelling at Walland Cross, Charles.

Statement from NatWest dated 290906 reads: Current Account £3,237.60; Reserve Account £2,074.21.
