i) Parish land - wide verges.
ii) A399 Brayford – Bratton Fleming, near Mockham Barton entrance – erosion to low walls/banks.

7. PROJECTS UPDATE:
a) The Old Garden – desperate to repair banks and find soil as it is nearly autumn.
b) The Pound.
c) Play Area – need to establish a Committee and adopt a plan.
d) Affordable Housing – no response from Hastoe’s or Mr. Prowse.
e) Charles Village Green.
8. PLANNING APPLICATIONS
Planning Permission granted:
i) Retrospective appln. for conversion of loft space to form additional living accommodation and installation of 1 dormer window and amendments to pl. permission 37164 relating to windows to rear elevation, at 1 Riverside.
ii) Exmoor Nat.Park – as amended plans, proposed alterations and erection of a single-storey side extension to farmhouse and conversion of redundant barn to provide holiday accommodation at Natsley Farm.
Applications withdrawn:
i) Conversion of barn to form games room/gym/store with office/store over at Slade Farm.
ii) Walland Farmhouse, Charles – conversion of stables to form 1 unit of holiday accommodation.
Applications:
a) Retrospective appln. for reinstatement of 2 derelict cottages to form 2 dwellings together with conversion of outbuilding to form 1 dwelling at Charlestown Barton, Charles.
b) Demolition of redundant chicken shed and erection of 1 dwelling at Walland Cross, Charles.
c) Alteration to Pl. Appln. Ref. 42274 for creation of new vehicular access opp. Mockham Barton.
