Meeting of Brayford Parish Council, to be held on Thursday 18th May 2006  in the Village Hall, after the Annual General Meeting

   i) Parish land – wide verges etc to be itemized.

7. PROJECTS UPDATE:
   i) Land by the bridge (to be known in future as The Old Garden) reinstatement of bank and re-seeding – work to be carried out    as soon as possible.
   ii) The Pound – re-capping of the wall.
   iii) Play Area – result of Site Meeting with Mark Reynolds.
   iv) Affordable Housing.
   v) Village Green, Charles – update from Cllr. G. Collier.
8. PLANNING APPLICATIONS
Pl..Permission granted for Demolition of existing and erection of new extension to dwelling at Higher Mockham.
9. FINANCE
Nat.West.Statement dated 28th April 2006 reads: Current Account £4,116.27.
Received from N.D.D.C. Precept £1,523, Parish Grant £325 = £1,848 paid by d/d, 28.4.06.
Statement of Accounts and Income and Expenditure figures to be approved and signed by Chairman, for Audit Commission, for year ended 31st March 2006.
Community First, Zurich Municipal Insurance Policy – renewal 1st June 2006, £442.06.
Following N.A.L.C. guidelines, Salary of Parish Clerk is increased to £94.15 p.m. Expend.: 
£10.27 postage +£3.98 stationery = Total: £108.40.
