Approval granted for Variation of Condition 3 (use restriction) attached to Planning Permission 29842 to enable dependant relatives’annexe to be used in association with the Old Forge, at Post Box Cottage.
Planning Permission Refused for Erection of 1 dwelling with garage in garden of Millfield, Mill Lane.
Applications:
1.Erection of mobile home for use as a Training facility at Ovis Farm.
2.First floor extension to dwelling at Forge House, Mill Lane.
3.Extension to dwelling at 4 Broomhill Villas.
