Meeting of Brayford Parish Council, to be held on Thursday 16th March 2006 at 7.30pm in Brayford Village Hall
 
AGENDA
 

1. APOLOGIES
2. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION.
3. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES DATED 16th February 2006.
4. MATTERS ARISING:
i) Damage to the bank at the top of Mill Lane.
ii) Bridge at Lower Hall.
iii) P.C. has not yet heard from Chairman of Brayford School Governors, re suggestion that we receive School meeting minutes, and occasional updates on school activities at our meetings.
iv) Parish Regeneration Project – discussion on the pond and old picnic area at Charles.
v) D.A.R.E. – report from Cllr. G. Collier, who recently attended a meeting, as a result of Chairman completing questionnaire.
5. NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH.
6. LENGTHSMAN.
i) gutter by stone wall above the sewerage station on A399;
ii) pot-hole at Lion’s Rump;
iii) South Molton to Brayford stretch of A399 in poor condition.
7. PROJECTS UPDATE:
(a) Land by the bridge.
(b) Play Area.
(c) Affordable Housing – Vaughan Lake has been invited to this meeting.
8. PLANNING APPLICATIONS
i) Variation of condition 3 (use restriction) attached to Pl. Permission 29842 to enable dependant relatives annexe to be used in association with The Old Forge at Post Box Cottage.
ii) Demolition of existing and erection of new extension to dwelling, Higher Mockham.
9. FINANCE
Statement from Nat.West. dated 1st March 2006 reads: Current Account £4,448.07.
Received £3 advt. in Parish Newsletter from F. de Falbe, Heddon Hall.
Data Protection, d/d dated 27.3.06: £35.
Salary of Clerk:£91.46 plus stationery £2.29 = 93.75.

14. DATE OF NEXT MEETING IS THURSDAY 20th APRIL PRECEDED BY THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING, AND IT WILL BE HELD IN THE SUNDAY SCHOOL ROOM AT THE METHODIST CHAPEL.
