AGENDA
 

1. APOLOGIES.
2. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION.
3. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES DATED 18th AUGUST 2005.
4. MATTERS ARISING:
   i)     Current situation regarding Mr. Rees’s access to the garage adjoining the Millenium Garden.
   ii)     Clarification of our insurance policy regarding Parish Council legal cover against 3rd party indemnity.
   iii)    Garden bench to be donated by Mike Thorne.
5. NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH – Report of a lorry backing into railings near the bridge (Chairman
has details of the lorry from a parishioner). This to be investigated.
6. LENGTHSMAN – please have any problems ready to pass to Cllr. J. Collier.
7. PROJECTS UPDATE
   i)     Land by the bridge – levelling has been carried out and area will be re-seeded shortly.
   ii)    The Pound – Councillor Barrow to trim hedge. A site plan is needed in order to register this 
   land with the Land Registry. Date of Opening Day to be agreed. 
   iii)   Play Area – update on requirement of a Project Plan.
   iv)   Affordable Housing – no further word from Hastoes.
8. PLANNING APPLICATIONS
   i)     Extension to dwelling above garage at Forge House, Mill Lane.
   ii)    Extension to dwelling (amendment to Planning Permission 39695) at 2 Bray Cross.
   iii)   Exmoor Nat.Park – erection of Agric. Shed, approx. 288 sq.m. at Whitefield Farm.
9. FINANCE 
Statement from Nat.West. dated 1.9.05 Current Account reads £2,926.23; 1.7.05 Reserve Account reads £2,032.26.
Salary of Parish Clerk £76.22 + stationery £6.27 = £82.49.
