Meeting of Brayford Parish Council, to be held on Thursday 21st July

AGENDA
1. APOLOGIES.
2. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION.
3. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES DATED 23rd June 2005.
4. MATTERS ARISING:
i) Following P.C. letter and subsequent conversation with Cllr. White, reply expected from John Davies, N.D.Homes shortly.
5. NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH
P.C.Robarts hopes to join our meeting, and invites questions.
6. LENGTHSMAN.
7. PROJECTS UPDATE:
i) Land by the bridge has been tidied but not levelled. Is there an explanation for the posts that have appeared?
ii) The Pound – update please on wooden bench.
iii) The Play Area - Cllr. Gosling to update on current position. Also, to discuss RockETS (copy of
D.C.C.letter attached). Applications must be submitted by 29th July.
iv) Affordable Housing – awaiting comments from Hastoes, and N.D.Homes.
8. PLANNING APPLICATIONS
Planning permission granted for Creation of Access at Charlestown Barton, Charles.
Planning permission is required, under Town & Country Planning, Agricultural and Forestry Buildings and Operations, for
Agricultural building works prior notification in respect of erection of storage shed at Higher Shutescombe, Brayford.
9. FINANCE:
Statements from Nat.West. dated 1st July 2005 read: Current Account: £3,456.11; Rerserve Account:£2,032.26
Internal Auditor, Brian Down, has approved the Accounts for year ended 31.3.05, and forms have been signed and returned to
The Audit Commission.
Clerk’s Salary £76.22 + postage £10.50 = £86.72.
