Meeting of Brayford Parish Council, to be held on Thursday 16th June 2005 at 7.30pm in Brayford Village Hall

AGENDA

1. APOLOGIES.
2. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION.
3. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES DATED 19th MAY 2005.
4. MATTERS ARISING:
   i) Clarification of land ownership around High Bray Church from Cllr. Gosling.
   ii) Discussion on application for contribution towards tree surgery carried out at High Bray Church.
   iii) New rural communities Support Worker, Jenni Payne, has introduced herself by letter – should we invite her to a meeting.

7. PROJECTS UPDATE:
   i) Land by the bridge – update on progress.
   ii) The Pound – awaiting Cllr. Jane Jeyes’ return in September.
   iii) Play Area. 
   iv) Affordable Housing – awaiting update from Hastoes.
8. PLANNING APPLICATIONS
   1. Creation of Access at Charlestown Barton, Charles.
   Planning Permission has been granted for:
     i) Hedgerow removal at Higher Shutescombe, Charles.
     ii) Extension to dwelling and erection of detached garage at 2 Bray Cross. 
9. FINANCE
   Statements received from Nat.West dated 29.5.05 read:
   Current Acct. £4,851.52,
   Reserve Acct. £2,023.18.
   B.Down, Internal Auditor, has revised Brayford Parish Accounts – to be signed by Chairman.
   Salary of Clerk £76.22 + postage £4.80 + stationery.
   Following receipt of Accounts, £100 to be paid to Devon Air Ambulance.
10. MEETINGS ATTENDED
   Report on visit to Hansons Quarry on 3rd June.
11. UPDATE ON LOCAL MATTTERS FROM DISTRICT COUNCILLOR EDGELL.
12. CORRESPONDENCE.
13. MATTERS BROUGHT FORWARD AT CHAIRMAN’S DISCRETION.
14. DATE OF NEXT MEETING IS THURSDAY 21st JULY 2005.
