Meeting of Brayford Parish Council, to be held on Thursday 19th May 2005, at Brayford Village Hall, following on from the Annual General Meeting.

4. MATTERS ARISING:
i) Decision on Risk Assessment signage.
ii) Date to be agreed to meet at Hansons quarry.
iii) Consideration of D.A.P.C. recommended Insurance Policy, with Zurich Municipal.
iv) Decision to be made on contribution towards tree surgery at High Bray Church.

i) Land by the bridge – a decision to be made on date for completion of groundwork.
ii) The Pound – Opening Day agreed for early September.
iii) Play Area – update on the future of the Play Area.
iv) Affordable Housing – Hastoes will inform us when they have heard if Government funding has been granted, in July/August.
8. PLANNING APPLICATIONS
i) Listed Building Application for conversion of Chapel and burial ground to form 1 dwelling with garden; and
ii) Planning application for same.
iii) Listed Building Application for erection of conservatory and entrance lobby, together with creation of 4 parking spaces,
turning head and access at Little Manse, Brayford; and
iv) Planning application for same.
Planning Permission granted for Conversion of Barn to form unit of holiday accommodation at Slade Farm, Charles.

Statement from Nat.West.29th April 2005 reads £3,193.76, Current Account.
Statement of Accounts and Income and Expenditure figures to be agreed and signed by Chairman.
N.D.D.C. Grant £325 and Precept £1,481 received.
T. Bawden – Grass cutting, etc. at Millenium garden, 2004, £120.00.
M. Hartnoll, Salary of Clerk, £74 + increase, + postage, £4.80.
