  4. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES DATED 17th March 2005.

  9. PLANNING APPLICATIONS:
    1. Extension to dwelling and garage at 2 Bray Cross, Brayford.
    2. Conversion of barn to form holiday accommodation unit at Slade Farm, Charles.
    3. Removal of hedgerow forming part of field boundary at Higher Shutescombe.

    Approval given for Extension and Alterations to dwelling at The Old Forge, Brayford.

    1. Mrs. M. Hartnoll, Salary of Clerk, £74.
    2. Mrs. J. Mitchell, Printing Brayford Parish Newsletter, £26.40.
    3. Annual cost of renting Village Hall, 13 meetings x £5 = £65

    A V.A.T. claim has been made for £37.35.

    Fees for hiring the Village Hall have increased, as from 1st April, to £7.50 p.n.
